Fioritura giallo sole (da qui il nome) dell'ibrido helianthemum "Amy Baring" Cisto. Svetta verso l'alto l'aquilegia. Dietro si nota il rosa di qualche garofano dei poeti e qua e là il celeste delle nigelle.

Adoro il garofano dei poeti. I suoi petali hanno sfumature intense e delicate allo stesso tempo, il profumo è soave. Si moltiplicano da soli, dando ogni anno vita a nuove piante dai colori sorprendenti.

Secondo me è una pianta che non può mancare in un giardino.

Peverina tormentosa (cerastium tormentosum)

Solembum, la nostra gatta, non ha resistito alla tentazione di posare tra i tulipani. In basso al centro si nota la Lysimachia Nummularia Aurea e più a destra la Nummularia normale. Ho scelto queste due piante come tappezzanti tra le pietre alla fine del mio giardino, sperando che contrastino la crescita infestante e odiosa del centocchio. Vi farò sapere se ha funzionato!
